doula support

Birth is perhaps the biggest rite of passage a birthing parent will experience in their lifetime. It is important to feel supported before birth, during and after. A doula is professionally trained to help the parent have a safe, memorable and empowering birthing experience. At Figgi, we pride ourselves on empathy, humanity, and accessible care. We want to support you in any way at any time so that you feel secure and empowered throughout this experience. When it can all feel too much, we are here for you.

Your doula supports you in a magnitude of ways throughout your journey. They are meant to be a vital resource and your best advocate as you navigate your new normal. Your postpartum doula serves as a newborn care specialist, maternal health guide, lactation educator, mental health coach, baby sleep trainer, friend, and mentor. We have been right where you are with countless other new parents. Offering support, education and guidance, we are here to walk you through these first few months with your baby. We are not a replacement for your health care provider but another member of your tribe. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you’re bound to have some questions. We’re here to help any time of the day or night.

Get your pregnancy and parenting questions answered! With support and advice that’s personal to you.
